Eating Summary:
I have at least 1 green drink every day. I've tried to have at least 5 different kinds of fruits and vegetables a day--3 vegetables and 2 fruits. I would have 10, 12, or 15 servings of fruits every day like Gerson therapy if someone helped me, or had a more convenient juicer. I eat seaweed a few times a week. I can't skip seaweed and flaxseed because I need to get enough iodine for my neck and Omega-3 for my eyes and heart.
I eat fish, especially salmon at least 3 times a week on days that I don't have flaxseeds. Dr. Oz explains Omega-3 and heart health and lists the food sources rich in Omega-3 in this video.

In the video "Best Source of Omega-3, Organic Meat - 'Ask The Doctor' April 25, 2012" that I posted on Fri Oct 4, 2013 the eye doctor and nutritionist Michael Lange recommends sardines so I'll consider eating them. He says don't mix carrot with kale and spinach. I'll keep this in mind.
I've been looking for kelp and fresh mangosteen, not those in the can. Do you know where they sell them?
I want to drink raw milk (real milk), but haven't been able to buy them.

For safety, I do Not eat onions on days that I eat or drink honey. After listening to a monk sharing the death of two persons, I will Not eat soursop together with dragon fruit.
